Bushwick / Brooklyn / Apartments / New Construction

This 13-unit building is located on a mid-block site in Bushwick that was occupied by the foundation of a failed project by a previous owner.  We completely redesigned the building to maximize its development potential while working within strict building height limits.  The ground floor contains the lobby and indoor parking and there is a fitness center located in the cellar.  There are three efficient one- and two-bedroom apartments on each floor above with a single apartment and a common roof terrace on the set-back penthouse level.
