This unique townhouse in the Cobble Hill Historic District was due for a much-needed update having been renovated last in the 1970's. A precarious spiral stair was replaced with a new steel and oak stair that serves as the focal point of the house's main parlor floor. A dark alcove off the kitchen was opened up to the dining room to create a serving bar. The large picture window at the rear of the kitchen provides views of the garden below. Upstairs, the master bedroom was enlarged with a new grand walk-in closet and master bath.
